Abilities are special, few are born with them. So not everyone can have an ability. Now, just because you weren't born with the ability doesn't mean you can't practice them. Only Adults can have full abilities because they are not in school. Students will be in training and will not get the full ability until they have graduated Hogwarts. Here is the list of abilities, please remember to use them wisely or the Administration will not hesitate to take them away.
